The company admin that creates a document can sign the signature block on behalf of the company. They can also choose to add a different person as signatory.
The signatory must be an admin with the right permissions that allow them to sign contracts and documents on behalf of the company.
Admins can view them from the Documents tab in the platform. The can also go to an employee’s profile and view them on the Files tab.
Employees can view theirs in the Documents tab in their Remote account.
If a signature block is added to a document, both a signatory for the company and the employee can sign it. They simply type in their name and a digital signature with a timestamp is added to the document.
