In the US, payroll processing usually involves calculating and distributing payments. However, in other countries, payroll services typically don't include handling salary disbursements or payments to authorities.

Our solution combines payroll processing and payments, simplifying the process and ensuring compliance and accuracy in every transaction.

Yes, in some countries, Remote can automatically pay your employees and tax authorities using standard bank payment methods.

After completing our thorough and secure payments onboarding process, you can fund your virtual payroll wallet through bank transfer. Once you approve the monthly payroll, we’ll securely transfer payments to your employees and tax authorities in local currencies. You will have complete visibility into the progress of each payment.

For all countries, a ‘bank file’ can be accessed and uploaded into your banking software for easy scheduling of salary, benefit, and tax payments if you prefer not to use our integrated payment network.

Remote offers two methods to fund payroll across multiple countries:

  • Make a single payment for multiple countries. Payments in various currencies will be converted to local currencies using the Remote FX rate.

  • Fund payroll by making payments in each local currency individually.
